Rules are essential to a fully functioning roleplay forum. Please try to abide by them when posting anywhere on the forums.
BasicsI'm sure all of you know the basice to roleplaying and interacting with others on forums. I'll just post these few rules for anyone who doesn't.
1. Chatspeak.
This forum is for roleplayers who are
semi-literate and up. This means mild use of chatspeak and acceptable puncuation. You don't have to post something in chatspeak for every other word, Okay?
2. Using OOC and BIC
It doesn't matter where you are (unless you're in the OOC seaction of course) you'll always have to use OOC and BIC when going out and back into character. If you don't know what that is, make sure you looks around on other boards to get the idea. Using OOC and BIC keeps things organized and its less confusing when you do so.
3. NO GM'ing, PP'ing, etc.
DO NOT take charge or play anyone's character unless they say you can. You can't kill their character off
by any means unless you ask them privately by Private Messege.
DO NOT powerplay. Don't make you character invincible to every single thing that's thrown at you. (ex. Charlie regenerated for the third time after being stabbed in the heart. OR Steffon didn't react to the last fifty bullets that hit him.)
You get what I mean? Powerplaying and Godmoding gets irritable for the other roleplayers, so try not to do it too much, if at all.

Forum Use1. When Posting a Roleplay Topic!
Important!
When posting a roleplay topic, the title should go as follows:
EXAMPLE:
Vampire Roleplay -- LiterateYou must post the title of your roleplay and the literacy so as not to get people con fused. If there's no limit to the literacy, just leave it blank.
Since the RGU Forums is a place for roleplayers who are semi-literate and up, there might be certain users who want to stik to that literacy without being blown away or without having to wait a little longer for the next reply.
2. Chatting
There's not many rules for chatting. Just mind your manners, be curtious, and take all arguments to the designated thread or the Private Messege (which is more than likely advised.

)
